Hello World!
How’s it going, everyone!
Let me begin by introducing myself. My name is Luis Davila, and I am a first generation Mexican-American graduate student at California State University Northridge, CSUN, finishing my MS in Physics.
Some of the things I’ve been doing as a graduate student is conducting research, teaching lab classes, and finishing my courses. I am getting ready to apply to various PhD programs, to hopefully be admitted in the Fall of 2023.
I did not start as a traditional college student. I graduated from High School in 2013, went to Community College and transferred out into a University in 2019. I only just graduated with my BS in Physics in 2021.
It has been a long educational journey, but I have learned a lot. I hope to teach you some of the ways I have been able to manage my way through this journey and give you some resources available that can also help you. One of my goals is to one day be able to help inspire and motivate students that come from of all different background the way my professors did for me.
Feel free to join me in my journey by joining my mailing list! You can also follow me on Instagram @Always_Davila . Thanks for taking the time to read a little about me!
